What is the cost of purchasing Email Assurance?

When you link an ESP account to DataValidation, all of your lists are imported to our system and analyzed. You will have the option to purchase a One-time Tuneup or Email Assurance.

Email Assurance includes initial validation of the list(s) within your linked account, as well as ongoing monitoring throughout the month. During this month, you will be able to clean your email list of undeliverable emails and stay in compliance with ESP standards.

With any purchase, you will also receive one month FREE of Email Assurance for your entire account.

How is monthly billing for Email Assurance calculated?

When you purchase, you will be charged a one-time fee for initial validation, the details of which can be found here. After purchasing a list, you receive 30 days FREE of Email Assurance. Following this, the monthly cost of a Email Assurance subscription is based on the highest total number of emails in your Assured lists over the course of the subscription billing period, the pricing table for which is located above.

When will I be billed for my Email Assurance subscription?

When you purchase a list, you will be charged a one-time fee for initial validation (and given Assurance for 30 days FREE). If it is your first time purchasing, and you choose to add a list to an Email Assurance subscription during the 30 days free trial period, it will be billed 30 days after the initial purchase (or at the end of the trial period). If you have previously purchased Email Assurance, and choose to upgrade an unassured list during its 30 days free trial, it will be added to the next closest Assurance bill following the trial period.

You are only ever billed once a month for Email Assurance subscriptions, on the same date as your first purchase. You will be notified by email 3 days prior to charging your account for your Email Assurance subscription each month, and you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Does the price change if I add additional emails to my list?

Your monthly bill amount is based on the highest total number of emails in your Assured lists over the course of the subscription billing period. You can calculate your monthly cost using the table above. If you exceed a pricing category, you are moved up to the next pricing plan. We allow up to 30% growth of a list within your subscription billing period, and you will be invoiced if you exceed this.

What if I add additional lists to my subscription?

The lists you add to your Email Assurance subscription will be billed on the next closest Assurance bill following the 30 days free trial.

If I upgrade a list to Email Assurance near the end of my free trial, when will I be billed?

Regardless of when you purchase, every purchase includes 30 free days of Email Assurance. You will be billed for the lists added to your Email Assurance subscription on the next closest Assurance bill following the 30 days.
