If you would like to change your password and have not forgotten your current one, you can do so from within the app by accessing your Profile Settings page.
Under the Password section, provide us with your current password, choose a new password, and save.
If you have forgotten your password for the DataValidation app, select "Trouble logging in?" from the login screen. Here, you'll be prompted to enter your primary email (the email you signed up with). Check your inbox for an email from us with a link to reset your password, and remember that your DataValidation account password is case sensitive.
If you have forgotten the password to log into your ESP account, DataValidation does not have the ability to reset your ESP account password.
If you signed up for DataValidation by linking an ESP account, we recommend setting a password as soon as possible to ensure you are always able to access your account. This can be done inside of the Profile Settings page. Your username is your primary email.
