How to Switch to the New App - Current Users

If you’re a current DataValidation customer and would like to try out the new Email Assurance application, then you’ll need to create a new account for the new app.

Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Create a new account by signing up with an email address or by linking an email service provider account. If you choose to sign up for the Email Assurance application by email, you can sign up with the same address you used in the old app. If you sign up by linking an ESP account, we’ll use the email addresses associated with your provider account.

  2. A validation link will be sent to the email address provided. Please check your email to complete registration. Activate your new account by clicking: Activate My Account! You’ll be prompted to create a new password.

  3. Once you’ve created a new account for the Email Assurance app, you’ll need to re-upload any email lists you want to monitor and/or re-link any ESP accounts to access your email lists. You can link multiple ESP accounts in the new application. Email data from the old app will not be transferred over to the new application.

  4. If you Signed Up by linking a provider, you will need to Login Using ESP.

If you have an Email Assurance subscription:

Make sure to re-link your ESP account and wait until all of the lists in your ESP account have been imported and analyzed before moving forward. Make sure all of your email data has been backed up; this application is still in

Once you’ve re-linked your ESP account to the new Email Assurance app , you can then unlink your account from the old application. Contact Support support@datavalidation.com to have Email Assurance applied to your lists in the new application.

Please note: within the new app, the Email Assurance subscription is applied on a per-list basis rather than covering every list in a linked ESP account.

What’s new

With the new Email Assurance application, you can link multiple ESP accounts and monitor them for free with Free Monitoring! Receive an Always Free Email Assurance Report with each list uploaded/linked to your account and track a list’s progress over time with the new Progress Report. If the quality of a list starts to degrade, purchase a One-Time Tuneup to get back to sending immediately.

Never want to worry about getting blocked again? Users with linked ESP accounts can get the Email Assurance subscription to always be covered! Assured lists will be analyzed and updated daily in your ESP account.
