If you would like to change your password and have not forgotten your current one, you can do so from within the app by accessing your Profile Settings page.
Under the Password section, provide us with your current password, choose a new password, and save.
If you have forgotten your password for the DataValidation email list cleaner app, select "Trouble logging in?" from the login screen. Here, you'll be prompted to enter your primary email (the email you signed up with). Check your inbox for an email from us with a link to reset your password, and remember that your DataValidation account password is case sensitive.
If you have forgotten the password to log into your email service provider account, DataValidation does not have the ability to reset your email service provider account password.
If you signed up for DataValidation's email list cleaner by linking an email service provider account, we recommend setting a password as soon as possible to ensure you are always able to access your account. This can be done inside of the Profile Settings page. Your username is your primary email.
